If for any reason, an in-stock item is not available, you will be notified by email of the options available to you prior to your order being shipped. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a possible resolution.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and not ship an order for any reason at our sole discretion.
DELIVERY & DAMAGED ITEM
Before accepting delivery of your order, please examine the package(s) carefully. Please do not accept any package that have been damaged during shipping. If your order requires a signature please ensure that the number of packages are correct and the packages are not damaged. If you sign for a damaged or partial shipment the postal insurance will not cover your shipment.
Open and examine your package immediately after you receive it to ensure that you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or missing products please report to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We require you to take a picture of the damage prior to opening the package. Notify Cute Little Me of the damage by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damage.
We vet all product before shipping, which means any product you purchase from our website has already been inspected by our staff. If however, you still find your product to be defective or flawed, we will happily replace it or offer a monetary refund after the item is returned back to us. In such case, if we can replace a defective item from our inventory, we will. But some items may require additional time for us to procure a replacement from the manufacturer. If this is the case, we'll let you know. If we are unable to procure a replacement from the manufacturer, we will issue a monetary refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Cute Little Me offers a 14 day return policy on all returnable products. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items and will not receive a refund of the original shipping charge if applicable. It is necessary that you contact us prior to returning an item.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unwashed, unopened, unused items in its original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition, free of marks, odours or pet hair. For unpackaged items all original tags must be attached.
We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size within 14 days but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. In your exchange request, please indicate the desired correct size or color. Please also ensure that the correct size is in-stock and available. If we receive an exchange request but are unable to fulfil it due to inventory shortage, we will pursue either a monetary refund or store credit (discount code).
Cute Little Me customers can always be confident that our products are completely new, unused and attain a high standard of quality. For safety and hygienic reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Bottles & bottle nipples
- Breast pumps & accessories
- Car Seats and Car Seat Bases
- Diapers & diapering accessories
- Feeding items
- Gift cards
- Hair clips & hair accessories
- Nursing bras
- Pacifiers & teethers
- Personal care products including nursing pads & creams
- Skin care products
- Swim diapers & swimsuits
- Tutus, bloomers, special occasion outfits & accessories
- Undergarments including tanks
Additionally, the following items are also final sale:
- Sale/Clearance items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product pages
- Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Special order items (including but not limited to all furniture)
Refunded items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Actual shipping costs (not the flat rate fee we charge) will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order exceeded the minimum for free shipping ($75) and the return drops the order below the minimum, the actual shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount. We require that all returns be made through an insurable method and that a tracking number is provided. Cute Little Me is not responsible for items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment.
Returning Your Order
To help us expedite the return or exchange of your online purchase please follow the following steps:
1) Take a photograph of the item(s) you would like to return to show it is in its original packaging and condition.
2) Send us an email at email@example.com along with your order number and item photos and reason for return/exchange.
3) Our team will process your return and respond with you return authorization along with instructions for returning your order.
4) Once your return is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days, less the applicable fees and charges.
Please note that orders returned without our prior approval or found to be non-resalable condition after inspection are subject to refusal.
If you have placed an order with Cute Little Me and you would like to cancel it, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Due to our commitment to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour from the time of order. Please be noted that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. Although unlikely, if we are unable to prevent shipment of such order, please follow the returns instructions above.
If a parcel is refused and returned to the sender, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend the item or if the order is cancelled a 10% restocking fee will apply.
