Returns & Exchanges - USA
Most in-stock products are dispatched within 5 business days of cleared payments. You shall be notified by email if your order will be delayed. If for any reason, an in-stock item is not available, you will be notified by email of the options available to you prior to your order being shipped. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a possible resolution.
We dispatch all USA orders by Canada Post. Refer to our shipping charges and approximate delivery times below:

Please note that packages of excessive weight or to remote areas may be subject to additional shipping costs. In such cases, we will contact you by email and provide you accurate shipping quote. Cute Little Me cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed by the carrier or in customs. You will be responsible for any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and not ship an order for any reason at our sole discretion.
DELIVERY & DAMAGED ITEM
Before accepting delivery of your order, please examine the package(s) carefully. Please do not accept any package that have been damaged during shipping. If your order requires a signature please ensure that the number of packages are correct and the packages are not damaged. If you sign for a damaged or partial shipment the postal insurance will not cover your shipment.
Open and examine your package immediately after you receive it to ensure that you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or missing products please report to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We require you to take a picture of the damage prior to opening the package. Notify Cute Little Me of the damage by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damage.
We vet all product before shipping, which means any product you purchase from our website has already been inspected by our staff. If, however, you still find your product to be defective or flawed, we will happily replace it or offer a monetary refund.
RESTRICTED BRANDS & PRODUCTS
Products from some brands are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada. These brands include but are not limited to Bumkins, Lily Pads, Razbaby, Fridababy, Udder Covers, Wysi-Wipes, Baby Boo Bamboo, Oh Baby Bags and Lulujo. Apart from these, certain products like car seats, furniture and strollers are not available for sale outside of Canada. You will not be able to complete the checkout on our website if you have added any of these restricted items in your cart. You may continue to shop and checkout as usual once you remove these restricted items from your cart.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns from US locations.
If you have placed an order with Cute Little Me and you would like to cancel it, please contact us by email at email@example.com with your order number. Due to our commitment to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour from the time of order.
Please be noted that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. If a parcel is refused and returned to the sender, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend the item or if the order is cancelled a 10% restocking fee will apply.
